P244 P244 is a roving produced by
assembling E glass strands, with a
sizing specially designed to ensure good wet-out and complete impregnation.
P244 is available in different bundle tex versions, each adapted to different customer needs. It is suited to a wide range of applications such as car headliner reinforcement, manufacture of complexes and gypsum reinforcement. This product is also noted for the absence of colour in the final part.
P250 P250 is an assembled roving particularly suited for headliner applications. P250 exhibits excellent processing characteristics such as unwinding and absence of fuzz.
  P243 P243 is a roving produced by assembling E glass strands, wound without twist into cylindrical cheeses. It is specially designed for the manufacture of translucent panel, using all types of cutters. P243 shows very good unwinding behaviour, which makes it well suited for all normal conditions encountered in this application. It exhibits good splitting and chopping of the strands, providing excellent fibre distribution, negligible static electricity build-up under normal ambient conditions and very good wet-out and impregnation.
  P246 P246 is a roving produced by assembling E glass strands, wound without twist onto cylindrical cheeses.
P246 uses a sizing system (medium solubility type) with a silane coupling agent.
P246 has been designed for applications where chopped strands from rovings are necessary, and especially for :

- the reinforcement of headliners
- the manufacture of panels, complexes and felters
- the reinforcement of plaster
- the filament winding processes with choppable roving

APPLICATIONS
Chopping rovings are used in several applications such as headliner reinforcement, panels, fabric and complex manufacture and gypsum reinforcement.
