This makes it possible to achieve high productivity levels in pipe manufacture. Its easy impregnation ensures a very good internal finish of pipes as well as a high mechanical performance. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE Ref Processing and characteristics Data sheet Material Safety Data sheet P219 P219 is a multi-end E-glass roving for the manufacture of composite pipes by centrifugal casting technology. This E-glass roving has a sizing system with a silane coupling agent. It has been designed to provide optimal choppability and very fast wetting. P208 P208 is an assembled roving with a sizing specially engineered for rapid wet-out and good impregnation. Its main characteristics are easy unwinding at high speeds, good chopping and absence of fuzz. The good separation of strands when P208 is chopped, assure a perfect distribution of glass inside the pipe. The good impregnation of this product allows a high glass content to be achieved in the composite. Finally, the special sizing of P208 provides high mechanical properties in the pipe, both before and after ageing. APPLICATIONS Manufacture of pipes, by the centrifugal casting process.
