All Unifilo mats in this series allow an easy and even resin flow thanks to a low binder solubility. U801, is recommended for highly complex shapes, U812 U813 U814 for general use and U816 U817 and U822 for relatively flat shapes. U801 is suitable for reinforcing low density polyurethane foam, or for complex parts moulded at low pressure. U812, U813, U814, U816 U817 and U822 are intended for moulding by injection (RTM, vacuum, SRIM) or by compression (wet, hot or cold). U850, U851, U852 are especially designed for easy impregnation for use with filled resins. All these products are compatible with polyester, ninylester, urethane and epoxy resins. Unitop T813, T816 with high mechanical properties in a transversal orientation.

Unistretch S750

All 700 series Unifilo mats are designed to be preformed to the same dimensions and shape of the moulded part. They are all compatible with polyester, vinylester, urethane and epoxy resins, and are used for moulding by injection (RTM, RIM) and compression. U720 is intended for automatic processing where strength
and durability of the preform are needed. U750 allows an easy impregnation, and
is suited for use with filled resins. T754
is a "Unitop" product (top = transverse orientated properties), giving very good mechanical properties in the transverse direction of the mat. S750 features a high and evenly deformable capability.

U529
U530

Unifilo® mats 528, 529, 530 are especially engineered for the manufacture of continuous profiles by the pultrusion technique. They are compatible with polyester, vinylester, epoxy and acrylic resins. U528 mat has a high tensile strength a elevated temperature and when wetted by styrene, a low density and easy processing characteristics (two faces well bonded and easy to splice).

U101
U101 is recommended for translucent sheets and flat sandwich panels for vehicle bodies manufactured by continuous processing. It gives very good impregnation and is capable of producing a high level of translucency of the final sheet. It is compatible with polyester and epoxy resins.

U164
U164 is intended for load-supporting panels and flat panels for vehicle body production. It can be used with highly
filled resins, thanks to its 50 / 100 tex strand construction and low binder solubility in styrene. U164 is also compatible with polyester and epoxy resins.

This Complex is obtained by combining (stitching) UNIFILO® in a central layer with chopped strands on the external layers.
The feature of this complex is it's highly deformable UNIFILO® core.
Unifire
F528

F528 is part of the new Unifire range, which is a special family of continuous filament mat designed for phenolic resins reinforcement. F528 corresponds to the pultrusion grade with excellent compatibility to phenolic resins."

Series 700 and 800 mats are used to manufacture truck, car and
bus body panels, boats, windmill blades and several other large sized components using RTM technology. SRIM is employed to manufacture interior car components such as doors panels and dashboards. With the 700 series Unifilo Mats, a service of preforms can be provided.
Series 500 mats are used to manufacture profiles for electrical cabling and ladders by pultrusion, or dielectric laminates by compression moulding.
Series 100 mats are employed in laminate sheet production for building or agricultural applications, and for the production of vehicle body panels.

There is a complementary product to Unifilo: the Multimat from the company of Saint-Gobain Syncoglas.
