The positive decision has been taken to repair our furnace in Herzogenrath, Germany.
The repair has been scheduled by the end of this year. This decision reflects the strategy of concentrating the German site's production on specialities in order to provide a flexible and stable source for sensitive applications in Western Europe.

This major investment is aimed at supporting our customers' business in Europe and at strengthening our partnership in the various targeted businesses our partners are active in. It is also in line with our strategy to remain a global player in the glass yarn industry offering a wide range of products covering the numerous needs of our customers.

The products used in Europe for other applications will continue to be delivered from the plants in South Korea, Mexico and the Czech Republic.
