With a view to constantly offer better solutions to its customers, the Business Unite Textile has strengthened its development efforts in high value added applications and is pleased to provide you with its latest news about the TD 22 binder system for composite applications.

TD22 is a starch-free plastic size guaranteeing compatibility with polyester, epoxy and phenolic resins for use in composites structures without the need for thermal desizing.
We optimized the properties of the size TD22 and both, twisted and Zerotwist yarns sized with TD22, have excellent textile properties to produce a wide spectrum of textile structures.

In an ever more challenging world market, we remain dedicated to meeting our customers’ requirements and supporting them on the growing market for composite specialities.

Therefore we included the two new yarns EC9-204 Z28 TD22G H9 and EC13-300 Z20 TD22G H9 in our standard range and can offer you now the following TD22 products:
